Rajab Al Kathiri & Partners law firm (RAK) was founded in 1987 by Mr. Rajab Ali Al Kathiri. Mr. Al Kathiri holds a bachelor's degree in law from Morocco/Rabat - University of King Mohammed (1986) and earned a master's degree in commercial arbitration, along with a diploma in criminal law and a postgraduate degree in General Law.
In addition to his educational achievements, Mr. Al Kathiri further honed his legal expertise by attending courses in systems and modern legal procedures, solidifying his commitment to legal excellence.

Ruaya Al Kathiri
Meet Ruaya Al Kathiri, the daughter of Rajab Ali Al Kathiri, who became one of the partners in our firm in 2015. Ruaya holds a Master's degree in Law from Birmingham University, London, specializing in Business Law. She also earned her Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Shariah, UAE.
With over a decade of experience as a lawyer, Ruaya excels in handling a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and litigation. She possesses a unique skill set, providing clients with reliable and precise legal advice, conducting in-depth legal research, and representing clients in court. Her strengths extend to drafting legal documents, crafting effective strategies, and skillful negotiation of settlements.
