Mr. Rajab Ali Rajab Al Kathiri is the founder and Director head of the Firm.
Mr. Al Kathiri holds a bachelor degree in law from Morocco/Rabat - University of King Mohammed (1986), then he completed a master degree in commercial arbitration and graduated diploma in criminal law, Postgraduate in General Law. Mr. Al Kathiri attended courses in systems and modern legal procedures.
He is a Certified Arbitrator in Oman, GCC and a number of arbitrator centres.
He received a number of prestigious services awards and spoke and presented papers at local, regional and international law conferences.
In the year 2019 -2021 he was appointed as guest lecturer to the Zahara Women college for Corporate and Arbitration law
The practical experiences:
- Formation of new companies such as Limited liability companies, Joint stock companies and Sole proprietor company in Oman and carry out the legal framework for registration of companies in Oman
- Mergers and acquisitions of the companies and carry out the legal framework in the capacity as the legal advisor

- Reviewing and ensuring that the prospectus meets all legal requirements and are consistent with the applicable laws and regulations in the Sultanate, the company’s articles of association and its internal regulations.
- Preparing and reviewing the contracts and agreements which the company concludes to ensure they meet all legal requirements.
- Reviewing and signing the agenda of the board and general meetings to ensure the procedures of notice are consistent with the Commercial Companies Law, this regulation, articles of association and the directives.
He has been leading the firm successfully while maintaining the tradition of excellence of the firm, since its inception in 1987. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
