Mr. El Fathih Mustafa Abdul Rahman a Sudanese lawyer with more than 40 years of experience in various fields. Mr. Abdul Rahman originally admitted to practice advocacy in Sudan after he was granted the License from the Lawyers Union in Sudan in 1984, and that after he obtained a Bachelor degree in law from the Cairo University – Khartoum, Sudan in 1982, and the Sudanese bar exam organized by the ministry of justice in Sudan in 1984. A Mr. Abdul Rahman area of practice is litigation as he handles complex litigation issues.

El Fathih admitted to practice in Oman in 2004. He is licensed to appear before the Supreme Court of Oman. He works in Arabic and English.

Experiences in insurance issue, marine and air insurance criminal, civil lawsuits, commercial and corporate cases, compensation cases administrative cases, labor of law cases and all other types of cases in the various courts of Oman.

Also an experiences in the field of arbitration and contract drafting appointed more than once as an arbitration in cases of contracting companies in electrical and mechanical work.

Mr. Gaafer Abdulla Ismail, a Sudanese lawyer, with over 30 years of experience in the field of advocacy. Mr. Ismail originally admitted to practice the profession in Sudan. He worked as an internal advisor for one of the major commercial banks in Sudan for a long period of time.

Mr. Gaafer area of experience is conventional finance, structured finance and Islamic finance. Plus, working in complex litigations issues, Gaafer also handled corporate issues especially legal matters pertaining to joint stock companies. Mr. Ismail holds a Bachelor degree in law, Sudanese Bar exam certificate and licensed by the lawyer union in Sudan to practice advocacy. Further Gaafer holds a Diploma in laws regulating commercial companies.

A lawyer with over thirty years of experience handling contentious and non – contentious matters. His areas include civil, commercial and regulatory litigation. He holds Bachelor degree in law from Morocco/Rabat- University of King Mohammed in 1984. Then he obtained a bar examination certificate from the Ministry of Justice in Sudan in 1986. Khalid admitted to practice advocacy in Sudan in 1987 where he granted an admission License by the Lawyers Union in Sudan.

In 1994 Mr. Al Badawi was admitted to practice in the Courts of Oman. He is licensed to appear before the Supreme Court of Oman. He works in Arabic and English

I hold a Bachelor of Law degree from Sultan Qaboos University and serve as a primary lawyer, specializing in various legal matters such as rental disputes, commercial issues, and labor-related issues. My responsibilities include writing legal documents, including primary newspapers and appeals, as well as representing clients in court and overseeing legal procedures. I also attend and follow up on cases before the Labor Disputes Department and handle issues related to the implementation of legal decisions. Additionally, I am actively involved in coordinating procedures with the Royal Oman Police and the prosecution General. I have furthered my legal expertise through various training courses, particularly in the realm of public prosecution, with a focus on criminal cases and gaining an understanding of the jurisdiction and procedural aspects of the prosecution in cases involving general crimes.

Mr. Rajab Ali Rajab Al Kathiri is the founder and Director head of the Firm.

Mr. Al Kathiri holds a bachelor degree in law from Morocco/Rabat - University of King Mohammed (1986), then he completed a master degree in commercial arbitration and graduated diploma in criminal law, Postgraduate in General Law. Mr. Al Kathiri attended courses in systems and modern legal procedures.

He is a Certified Arbitrator in Oman, GCC and a number of arbitrator centres.

He received a number of prestigious services awards and spoke and presented papers at local, regional and international law conferences.
