Investment Funds

RAK has vast experience in the formation of investment funds for many companies in Oman. RAK prepared and executed Articles of Association as per the decision of 1/2009 issuing Executive Regulation of the Capital Market Law pursuant to the Capital Market Law promulgated by Royal Decree 80/98, Royal Decree No. 82/98 establishing Muscat Depository and Securities Registration Company, and Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 18/2019. Additionally, we adhere to the Executive Regulation of the Capital Market Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 4/2001 and resolutions of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Authority. We also serve as legal advisors for leading investment funds in Oman.
